Previously, brokers only had access to their client’s document libraries rather than having one of their own. With this release, a broker document library is now available for brokers to map their own documents. These can be shared with some or all employers during the upload process.
Specifically, in the scenario where a broker needs employees to fill out some forms (like a health questionnaire), but do not want employers to have access to the completed forms, an option is available during the upload process that allows the forms to be hidden from employers. This means that the template and completed forms will be hidden from employer users. Only brokers can assign the form and download the completed forms.
