I forgot my login details! How can I retrieve it?
Of course! Go to uzio.com, and click Employer on the login drop-down at the top right. Now click on Forgot Password and enter your username. Your username will be the email address you registered with. We will then send you an email with instructions on resetting your password. Visit our help center article here for more information.
How do I access my UZIO account?
When your broker has added sufficient group information for your company, they will send a registration link. If you have not received this, you can request access from your broker. If you have already created an account, go to uzio.com, and select Employer under the login drop-down to access the login page.
Why can't I login to UZIO?
You may have forgotten your username or password. You can try resetting your password first by clicking Forgot Password. If you are receiving an error saying the username has not been registered, you should try using a different email. If you are still not able to login, you can reach out to our support team directly and we can assist. Visit our help center article here for more information.
How can I add new Employee to the portal?
Adding an employee is simple. Once you login, go to the employees tab from the top right section. Click the add employee option. Now you can either add a new employee from uploading the census template, or enter them manually through our intuitive user-interface. Where can I upload Documents?
After logging into the employer portal, under the Value Added Enterprise Apps section on the home page, click Employee Documents. Now select Document Library then Upload Document. Here you can upload your PDF version of your document and add tags which can be filled in either by the system or by your employees when they are assigned the document. Once uploaded, the document is ready for use!
Where can I find claims information?
UZIO does not store claim information. For claims, please reach out to your broker or carrier contact.
