Apply Time Off
Approve Time Off
Change Username
Username can be changed from the employee portal by the following steps:
- Log in to the employee portal and go to the global menu (next to your name in the top right).
- Select Account Information
- Change Username tab is selected by default. Now, enter the new username in New Username (Email).
- Click on the submit button. If successful, a message will appear: Username is updated successfully.
- You will be prompted to log in with the updated username.
Change Password
Password can be changed from the employee portal by the following steps:
- Log in to the employee portal and go to the global menu (next to your name in the top right).
- Select Account Information.
- Click on Change Password. Enter the new password in New Password, then Confirm Password
- Click Submit. A pop-up message will appear - Password is updated successfully.
- You will be prompted to log in with the new password.
Benefits Enrollment
Enrollment in benefits can be done via employee portal, if eligible. For enrolling into benefits by New Hire Enrollment, Open Enrollment or Life Status Change Enrollment, you will need to use the desktop version of UZIO. The UZIO mobile app can only be used to view current benefit information. UZIO is working on adding the enrollment experience to our mobile app.
Timesheet Historical Data
You will be able to view time entries from the past one year in the mobile app.
- Select More section from bottom navigation.
- Select My Timesheet under the View section.
- Select the pay-period for which you want to view.
- Click on any day to see a more detailed breakdown of work and break hours.
Approving Timesheets
If you are a reporting manager and your direct reports have been selected for time tracking, then you can approve your direct reports timesheets before the pay period cut-off date.
- Select More from the bottom navigation.
- Select Timesheet under Manage Team.
- Select the pay-period for which you want to approve the timesheet.
- Click Approve All to approve all employees’ timesheets, or approve using the toggle for individual employees.
Managing Timesheets
An employer or a reporting manager can add, edit, and delete unapproved time entries for themselves and direct reports (if the employer has granted time entries permission to the reporting managers).
- Select More from the bottom navigation.
- Select My Timesheet under the View section, or as a reporting manager, select Timesheet under Manage Team.
- On the Timesheet page, select the day for which you want to manage the time entry.
- On Time Entries page, select Add Time Entry to add the entry manually.
- On Time Entries page, select Edit to update or delete the existing time entry.
Apply Time Off
Employees can view their time off balance and submit time off requests through the UZIO mobile app on the go.
- Select Time Off from the bottom navigation.
- The Available tab displays the available time off balance.
- Select Request Time Off to start a new request for your assigned policies.
- The Upcoming tab displays all upcoming planned time offs. If required, you can Cancel any upcoming time offs.
Approve Time Off
If you are a reporting manager and your direct reports have submitted time off requests, you can approve or deny these requests by following these steps:
- Select More from the bottom navigation.
- Select Time Off under Manage Team.
- The Pending tab displays all time off requests that your direct reports have applied for. You can approve/deny the requests as applicable.
- The Completed tab displays all time off requests that have been approved or rejected.
Historical Paystubs
You can view and download all paystubs within the last year on the UZIO mobile app.
- Select More section from bottom navigation.
- Select Paystub under the View section.
- Select the pay period for which you want to view.
- Toggle the switch for Current ($) and YTD ($) values.
To access pay stubs older than one year, you will need to use the UZIO desktop version.
Change Payment Method
Payment method can be changed by login to the employee portal.
- Go to My payroll section.
- Click on the Payment Method tab.
- Click on the edit icon and update the payment method.
Access Payroll
Payroll module’s complete access is available on the employee portal. Federal and State tax withholding information can be added via employee portal only from the payroll module. Pay stubs are available here in the UZIO mobile app. For full payroll access, visit the UZIO desktop website.
Add/Edit Personal Information
Personal information can be edited on the UZIO desktop website. Please visit uzio.com to view and edit all personal information. Note: If you are unable to update specific information, please contact your employer for assistance.
- On the desktop website, log into your employee account.
- Select My Info.
- Select the tab you want to edit the information for.
- Click the edit (pencil) icon, then make your changes.
- Click on Update.
View Logged Work Hours
Your total work hours for a pay period can be viewed under the My Timesheet section. A per pay period breakdown of regular, overtime, and double overtime hours are available here.
Switch Companies
If you work for multiple companies, you will be able to switch between employers in the More section at the bottom of the app.
- Click on the Switch icon.
- Select the company you want to switch to for the operation you want to perform.
- The app will refresh with the information of the selected company.
