The platform allows brokers, employers, and employees to access and update their Account/Profile information like Username, Password, Security Questions, etc.
Follow these steps (as an employer) to change your Username:
1. Log in to the platform.
2. Click the global menu down arrow.
3. Click Account Information
Your Account Information page opens.
4. Click Change Username
Note: (For Brokers)- Log in and click My Profile on global menu.
Note: (For Employers and Employees): Log in and click Account Information on the global menu.
Click the Change Username link on the page to complete the process.
5. Enter the New Username (Email).
6. Click the Submit
A success message pops-up and you are redirected to Login page. If not, click the Log In button to open the Login page.
Note: A username is unique in the system. When you register as an employer for the first time using a unique Email ID, you can log in to the employee portal and vice-versa (if you are an employer user) using the same credentials. The accounts are therefore linked as you use the same ID on both the portals. When you update your username on one portal, the other linked account is automatically updated.
